Cape Outdoors Club - Morning RunsDue to lack of interest, we aren't meeting until next yearMeet Sunday mornings starting 7/29 at Arnold's parking lot - Route 6 in Eastham - 9am (so it won't be too hot). Tired of the tread mill or of running alone? Start your summer Sunday right - with some great exercise. We'll run the Cape Cod Rail Trail - distance and speed tailored to those who show up.
