SEIDO Karate of Cape Cod

Six week courses at the Orleans Elementary School, Eldredge Pkway, Orleans

Have you always wanted to study Karate but just never got around to it?  Do you feel like you’re too “old” or “out of shape” to start now?  If so, this is the class for you!  .

Students learn the basics of this traditional Zen based Japanese Karate.  Basic kicks, punches, blocks and combinations learned by Seido Karate students around the world will be taught.  However, there will be no fighting or sparing in this class.  Students will have fun and at the same time learn self defense, get in better shape by building strength and flexibility, learn Seido Karate philosophy and further develop their focus and concentration.  No prior karate experience is needed.  A Karate uniform and patches are required and are available from the instructor.  Please bring a bench or pillow for meditation. 

Nauset Community Education Program.  Classes are held at the Orleans Elementary School , Eldredge Parkway   Orleans , Ma.
